I dun like spiders. I dun like Brown Recluse. I dun like Brown Recluse in my just my basement. I dun like being the only one in the basement since I'm the oldest. But what do I like? Setting the house on fire to do my part in the war against Arachnids.

It's in beta but if you buy it now it gives you the full license as well as access to all future builds including the finished build. I'm not going to list all it's special abilities but it focuses on giving you the ability to create any kind of brush or tool you wish while still retaining a natural painting feel. You can check it out on Steam or their site and it's pretty solid in its current build.
